Let’s look at the current process or system in operation:
Delegates are motivated to attend a particular event via various online marketing options such as email, social media, internet (websites) and much more.
Once interested in an event, potential delegates are prompted or requested to print the attached (if email) ‘registration form’, complete the required detail on the form, then fax the completed form to a given number or to scan the document and send, via email attachment, to the event organiser.
Cumbersome …? No doubt!
What is needed is a "REGISTER NOW" button that will appear on all your promotional material for an event. When accessed, this button, will direct the potential delegate to your online registration form unique to your event.
This online registration form needs to be a secure, dedicated, automated, user-friendly and optimal to administer your entire booking process.
